SPINNING CLASSES

Spinning is an indoor-cycling workout you must try! It is a high cardio , low impact class that is suitable for all levels. Join us as we warm up, sprint, climb hills and everything in between. All set to motivating music with inspiring instructors! Get ready to sweat and have a blast doing it! See you there!

CARDIO KICKBOXING

A total-body cardio workout to all of the hottest tracks combining martial arts, boxing, easy-to-follow movements and calisthenics! Boost your metabolism, strengthen core, build bone density, tone and sculpt all in one class! Change up your routine and get the results you want! Challenge yourself!! All levels are welcome!

BODY SCULPTING

Body Sculpting (BS) is a strength training workout that combines flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning using 3 to 9 pound weights. BS is designed to shape and tone the body without building muscular size or bulk. (BS) is highly recommended to those enrolled in a weight loss program because it helps retain lean muscle tissue while boosting metabolism. Any fitness level can enroll.

BOOT CAMP

Our high intensity, fun filled boot camp classes are a killer 1 hour session enjoyed by our members.Class participants are growing in numbers as a testament to the fast, hard hitting pace that Instructors Mike and Larry perform at.

Malibu Gym offers over 25 classes a week of cardio and body sculpting options. Our instructors are highly trained and motivated to insight and assure the results you are looking for from a challenging work out. Childcare is provided during every class we offer, so you never have to loose the opportunity to break a sweat.
